Generalised Aches & Pains

Each joint and muscle of the body has a unique structure and function, dysfunction in one area can soon lead to the joints and muscles it links to and works with to develop pain also. This pain and stiffness can begin suddenly or gradually and can be severe or very slight.
Conditions such as fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue can cause aches and pains to cover large areas of the body, these aches and pains can vary from mild to extreme and are often associated with severe tiredness.
Locating the source of your pain to work out which muscles, tendon, joint or ligament is creating it helps to establish the best treatment plan which targets the source of your problem.
