FLAG is a local charity promoting flood awareness and action in Severnstoke, Worcester - it seemed a little ironic to be raising money for flood awareness given the current weather we are experiencing, however Severnstoke is prone to flooding and on a summers evening I enjoy riding my pony to the local pub the Rose and Crown.
At the evening I was offering free spine checks - these are also available in clinic check out the free spine check page on my website, there is a button below to help you find it.
Norman (the skeleton) was also in attendance his job for the evening was to hand out business cards. It was a fabulous evening with make up advice, spray tans, gel nails and a lady selling tie dye bags - after taking off hall hire costs £75 was raised for the charity.
What a beautiful day to be outside at three counties showground, Malvern. My 11 year old nephew came along to help out for the day (and eat ice creams!). Costello Animal Backs had a trade stand placed next to the show secretary in perfect view of the main ring and all the dogs competing within the various breed sections. As a bonus a Hungarian Visla I have treated in the past was competing and she won her class and her breed section - congratulations to her and all the other dogs taking part.
Costello chiropractic clinic were lucky enough to be invited along to host a stand at deaf directs wellness event being held at Worcester guild hall. It was a fantastic day, meeting lots of new people and telling everyone about the benefits of chiropractic whilst they entered our competition to win an intial consultation and treatment session.
The Mayor of Worcester also popped in for a visit to learn about Chiropractic, he was very interested in finding out the difference between chiropractic and physiotherapy having suffered with a bad back himself.
My mini skeleton was in charge of the guess how many bones are in the foot competition
The guide from the guild hall took me on a tour, to see the old cells, the courtroom and the balcony the elections are announced from.
Norman and the mini skeleton were pros today, helping everyone visualise just how complex and perfectly designed the human body is. Here they are ready to go home.
